Robert is based in Sydney Australia and has broad retail industry experience within a wide range of categories and segments, having worked with world-class retail, consumer goods, technology and consulting organizations in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.
During his 12 years with Nordstrom, Robert helped shape the way merchants and planners collaborate to strategically use business insights. He also led various initiatives within the highly successful technology-enabled business transformation program. Robert has also worked with diverse clients such as Coles Group, Roche Diagnostics, Skilled Group, Campbells Arnotts and Coke Thailand.
Areas of expertise include pricing, promotions and markdown optimization; demand forecasting and replenishment; customer-centric range planning; merchandise planning and in-season management. Recent professional focus has centered on e-commerce and multi-channel retail, concept development, store format innovation and private label strategy.
